This West Coast IPA harkens back to old days of American IPAs where an intense bitter hop profile was balanced by a caramel sweetness from crystal malt. Our version of this IPA is heavily hopped in the kettle. Whirlpool and dry-hop with centennial. Cascade and amarillo.
