Brewed in collaboration with our palsin Party Cannon. This blended golden sour beer was fermented with our ultra–tropical Brettanomyceshouse cultures, and conditioned 200g/l of mango and passionfruit puree for one month. Brewed with locally grown malted barley, wheat and oats this super juicy base beer provided flavours of mango, passionfruitand tinnedpineapple which were further intensified with the fruit additions, altogetherproducinga platter of perverse tropical flavours
